Full refund, no restocking fee

You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email contact@orvaleco.com with your order number and a short note about why you are returning the item. We will reply with return instructions within 24 hours on business days.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the return is confirmed.

Condition of returned items

Items should be in resalable condition with the original packaging where possible.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, send a photo to contact@orvaleco.com and we will replace it or refund you without asking for the item back.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are not refundable where they were paid. Since we offer free shipping on all orders, this usually does not apply.
